History:

His pack was attacked by a cougar and everybody ran but he hid in a ditch, once everything was quiet he crept out of his little hole and looked around. Nobody was there so he left in search of them. After a few months he caught his first rabbit, even though it was lame. From that point on he taught himself to fight, sharpened his claws on rocks and trees, and learned all the basic life skills by himself.
